Genesis Day Star Sampler . . .

This little sampler celebrates the Biblical account of creation.

Genesis Chapter One is one of my favorite books. God creates. He designs in a big way. Chapter one speaks of an empty void -- kind of like what you feel when you are ready to start a new project, but are not sure what.

God's spirit moves. He gets ideas and begins to put form and shape to the ideas -- He is inspired! And He is pleased with what is happening. After day one, God called it good!

This is like a project which you are putting together and all of the sudden things start "working". It just "clicks" together. By day five, wonderful things are happening! This project is going to be a treasure -- God's heirloom for generations.

Day six is the highlight of the week. God creates a creature in his own image. Then he creates a help meet for him and calls them "man". God is delighted!

The creation is finished. On day seven, God sits back and rests. Seven days of miracles! What would have it been like to be there and watch?
